In his previous roles, Mr. Fitter has serviced numerous fortune 500 Corporations by analyzing and advising on hundreds of complex contractual obligations in preparation for initial public offerings and spinoffs of business divisions.
Mr. Fitter has collaborated with large law firms, compliance teams, and legal divisions of corporations throughout the Midwest. While employed by a regional bank, Mr. Fitter facilitated over one-hundred million dollars in transactions throughout the United States. He managed transactions between clients and various bank partners, which included a portfolio of commercial banking, commercial real estate, trusts and estates, business transactions, and private banking services.
Prior to law school, Mr. Fitter was a wealth manager and financial consultant. In his role, he analyzed mutual funds, stocks, bonds, ETFs, and annuities. He drafted market research and sector analysis reports for a Financial Advisory firm. As Financial Consultant, Mr. Fitter supported his community with educational market analysis seminars. While managing millions of dollars for his clients, Mr. Fitter earned five achievement awards and service excellence awards.
While in law school Mr. Fitter made the Dean’s Honor List at Chicago-Kent College of Law each year. He participated in Chicago-Kent’s rigorous trial advocacy program, where he learned courtroom skills from experienced litigators including several Illinois judges.
