How much does a subscription business lawyer cost in Illinois?

A fractional general counsel is a dedicated attorney who functions like an in-house legal department without the cost of a full-time hire. Fitter Law’s General Counsel plan pairs a business with a named attorney for direct contact, unlimited document reviews, registered agent service, and vertical compliance support, all for a flat monthly fee.
Can Fitter Law handle litigation or contract negotiation?
Yes, but it’s billed separately. Litigation, negotiation, and attorney time beyond a plan’s standard scope are available under a separate engagement agreement at rates agreed in advance. They’re not included in the subscription price or offered as a flat fee, since duration and complexity can’t be fixed in advance.
Is Fitter Law available outside Illinois?
Legal consultation services are available in Illinois. Federal trademark and copyright filings are available to subscribers outside Illinois, and the firm serves as Illinois local counsel for out-of-state firms with matters in Illinois federal courts. Nothing on this site should be read as general legal representation in another state.
