Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

The Contact form is only for our informational purposes. Anyone attempting to contact us through our contact form of the website should not share any information that will be at risk of not being attorney/client privileged.
The information submitted in Contact forms is NOT protected by a privilege of confidentiality.
Submitting a request through this form will NOT create an attorney/client relationship. An attorney/client relationship will only be created once there is a mutual agreement between the law firm and the client utilizing a signed, written agreement that reflects our mutual understanding.

We currently utilize a third-party Manager, which uses 128-bit encryption to store all of our client and matter information. If we detect a data breach on our end, we will attempt to inform you as soon as possible. We will not be responsible for any data breaches by any third-party that we may work with now or in the future.
